This park is getting old as others have commented. We have stayed here several times and every time we ask why did we come back. The streets are too narrow with cars parked in the street. We saw several coaches having trouble getting into the spaces including us. The only 50 amp sites are on the ends and they are never available. So 30 amp are the only sites available.

While this park has been cleaned up from the time we stayed here 3 years ago, it still needs some work. For $42 a night and only 30 amp is a bit much. And even running one air the voltage was 112 which is near the bottom limit of acceptable. With the typical KOA dirt sites it was not an attractive park. Too bad Sacramento has no nice RV parks given the fact that there is so much to do there.

What a dump. How can trailer life rate this place a "9". In RV'ing 5 1/2 years full time we have never been in a park where we could not extend our slide outs because a tree was in the way. Our friends next site over could not extend one of their slides because of a lamp. Trees are not trimmed! Trees on the ends of the sites making it real fun getting in and out of the narrow sites onto narrow streets. Nothing but long termers!

Very nice park. Had a tree rubbing on the slide out when we extended it. A park person was there immediately with clippers and trimmed the branch. Nice friendly folks
